SE-C*R Soluble Salts Remover (patented) is a water based additive for use in pressure washing of metal surfaces, greatly facilitating the removal of surface salts such as chlorides, fluorides, and sulfates from metal surfaces before over-coating. Test kits available.
SE-110-MS Penetrating-Stabilizer – Multi-Surface Primer plus Encapsulant with Corrosion and Mold Inhibitors – A safe-to-use, water-based, VOC compliant, non-toxic primer plus encapsulant that penetrates, stabilizes and seals hazardous surfaces including damaged painted surfaces, friable fibrous insulation materials, prevents rusting surfaces and can be used over treated mold surfaces. Suitable where excellent adhesion is required on interior or exterior surfaces including walls, eaves, ceilings, old or new wood, window sills, air ducts, pipe insulation, asbestos fireproofing, fiberglass insulation, Transite, plaster and concrete. SE-110-MS REPLACES SE-110 AND SE-110-CI.

SE-120 Protective-Skin - A flat-finish, water-based, nontoxic, high-solids, 100% acrylic coating that remains flexible, will not crack, chip or peel, mold-resistant and fire-resistant. Suitable for application directly or over SE-110 or -CI primers on lead-paint, asbestos or treated mold surfaces.
SE-130 Protective-Skin - a semi-gloss finish water-based, nontoxic, high-solids, 100% acrylic coating that remains flexible, and is crack- mold- mildew- and fire-resistant. Suitable for application directly, or over all SE-110 primers.
SE-170 High Gloss - White topcoat forms a durable, washable, highly dirt, weather and mildew resistant surface, including for use inside of air supply ducts (suitable for foot traffic).
SE-150 Acrylic Urethane Architectural Sealant - a high performance urethane acrylic sealant specifically formulated to provide the ultimate in adhesion and durability. (available in 10.3 ounce tubes)
SE-Industrial Cleaner is a concentrated, non-corrosive, biodegradable, water soluble cleaner that's used in the preparation of surfaces prior to the application of other SAFE Encasement products.
SE-3000 is a water based, safe to use Highly-Heat Resistant coating (3000°F), VOC = 0.00%, no lead or chromates, black or custom colors.ors available.
SE-FE s a 2-Component, Zero VOC's, Solvent-Free Flexible Epoxy in dark gray or custom colors - 3 gallon kits (2 + 1 gallon).
